Updating GoToWebinar and GoToTraining Keys

If you are getting an error message when creating a webinar module using GoToWebinar or GoToTraining, but things have been working fine for you previously and all the module fields are filled out properly, you'll want to make sure they keys for GoToWebinar are up to date as sometimes they can expire. 

To refresh those keys for GoToWebinar, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the GoToWebinar integration within your account by going to Integrations>Manage under GoToWebinar
  2. Leave the keys entered there as-is and click Save & Authorize--you'll be prompted to log into GoToWebinar and then click Allow to allow GoToWebinar to connect. Once you have clicked Save & Authorize, take care to ensure they use the correct account to authorize (some people have multiple accounts and we want to make sure it's the one connected to AOM)
  3. Then, test creating a webinar module to see if things are working

To refresh the keys for GoToTraining:

  1. Go to the GoToTraining integration within your account by going to Integrations>Manage under GoToTraining
  2. Leave the keys entered there as-is and click Save & Authorize--you'll be prompted to log into GoToTraining and then click Allow to allow GoToTraining to connect. Once you have clicked Save & Authorize, take care to ensure they use the correct account to authorize (some people have multiple accounts and we want to make sure it's the one connected to AOM)
  3. Then, test creating a webinar module to see if things are working
