Portal Invite

Portal Invite URL enables users to join a portal using a unique referral code. A referral code is automatically generated when a portal is created or cloned and is associated with that portal.

The referral code is included in the portal’s registration and login URLs, for example:

When users access the portal through these URLs, the referral code is automatically captured and pre-populated during the registration or login process. Replace https://your-site-url.com with your actual site URL.

Portal Registration​

The Portal Registration Page allows new users to register directly to a specific portal using a unique referral code. When a user accesses the registration page through a portal invite URL, the referral code is automatically applied. If seats are available, the user account is created and the user is automatically enrolled in the portal.

Portal Login​

The Portal Login Page allows existing users who already have an account in the system, but are not yet enrolled in a specific portal, to join that portal using a unique referral code. When users access the portal login URL containing the referral code and successfully sign in, they are automatically enrolled in the portal, provided seats are available.

If the user is already enrolled in the portal, no additional enrollment is performed, and the user is redirected directly to the portal dashboard.
