Automated Group Onboarding

Automating the Group onboarding process makes an already scalable model even more scalable. It allows you to onboard entire organizations and teams onto your platform without lifting a finger. Their representatives can go into your platform and purchase course seats in bulk, and by doing so, automatically setting up their Group in the process. It is incredibly easy for Professional plan clients to make this possible on their platform. 

  1. Create a Product for your Course(s) if you have not done so already.
  2. Once you have the Product set up, turn on the Allow Bulk Purchase toggle on the Edit Product page.This will allow company representatives to purchase multiple seats in one go, and when they do so, they will automatically become a Group administrator for a Group with that number of seats available. Similarly, when existing Group administrators purchase multiple seats for a course, these will automatically be added to their Group as well.
  3. Be sure to Save the product to complete the process.
